This notice explains how Strait CX, based in Tétouan, Morocco, uses personal data collected through this website. Contact us at contact@straitcx.com with any question.

What we collect

  • Proposal requests: your name, work email, company, website, phone number if you give it, country and your answers about your support needs.
  • Job applications: your name, email, phone, city, English level, experience, the links you send us (voice recording and CV) and your written answer.
  • Website use: the page you arrived on, the website that referred you and campaign tags in the link, so we know which marketing works.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and prepare a proposal, because you asked us to (steps before a contract).
  • To assess your job application (steps before a contract of employment).
  • To understand which marketing brings us enquiries (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to see which pages visitors find useful. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept in the banner. If you choose Reject, Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals such as a page view, without identifiers stored on your device. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the website (Hostinger), measure visits (Google Analytics), book calls (Calendly) and send email. They process data only on our instructions.

International transfers

We are based in Morocco. When we receive personal data from the UK or the European Economic Area, we protect it with the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Our processing is declared to Morocco's data protection authority, the CNDP, under Law 09-08.

How long we keep it

  • Proposal requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
  • Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can contact you about future roles. Ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email contact@straitcx.com. You can also complain to the CNDP in Morocco, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or your local data protection authority.
